我入左D都幾靚既化妝掃，打算租個格仔嚟賣，挑選了好幾間格仔鋪，落吾到決定，希望各位可以幫我分析下
我既化妝掃都吾超過100蚊
1.西九龍格2（據說個店主好好，會幫手拍片上YOUTUBE，而人氣都幾高，但吾知道深水埗既消費水平系點，個度賣化妝品等等既野都有幾格）
2.西九啤一BEAR格仔屋（又系吾知道D人系看多還是。。。）
3.始創，樂富，葵芳，銅鑼灣自家箱場（呢一間好多人啊，入面既野都好吸引人流，不過競爭會吾會太大，而且要抽佣）
4.旺角兆萬中心格子本色 和其他格仔鋪（兆萬既人流應該系最多的，但都有好多同行比我既價錢平，擔心吾夠做，而且租金都好貴，格子本色當眼位要千幾蚊啊，不過見都幾多人買野）
有冇其他格仔鋪推薦？？？？？

可考慮大角咀區,那裏的新九龍廣場一;帶,目前的租金還不算太高,而附近己有不少的新建住宅和商業區,如匯豐中心,奧海城,栢景灣,港灣豪庭等,都有一批消費得起中價產品的業主.若能適當地派傳單,廣為宣傳,或有可圖,詳情請親臨實地考察,

2. You will face less competition - If you place the products in Mong Kok, people can easily go to other stores nearby to compare. If you place your products in Lok Fu or Kwai Fong, no one is going to take MTR or walk to nearby district (like Wong Tai Sin or Tsuen Wan).
3. Places like Lok Fu or Kwai Fong are residential community that have been fully developed. So there is no question about spending ability.
4. Sham Shui Po may be a good place for electronics and computer, but definitely not cosmetics.
