點解Amazon.com 冇係香港做?

The reason is it is not business viable.

1. Online market in Hong Kong is not big enough for Amazon. Either the demand is too small (like online bookstore); or the competition is too high (like Alibaba).

2. It takes a huge cost for Amazon to setup a base in Hong Kong (Due to customs issue, Amazon usually ships locally. The rent in Hong Kong is going to diminish any profits).

3. Local major businesses will team up and boycott Amazon due to competition.

無需要，佢只係一隻駁艇，你有買賣就通知佢，佢出廣告，有人應就通知你，你負責一切交收，佢收佣，就係咁多，佢係邊度無關係，你唔明白ecom嗎?
