2. If schedule fits, there is GO Transit (Stouffville) going from Union Station to Milliken (Pacific Mall is just across the station).

If schedules does not fit, then you will have to take TTC Subway (Bloor-Danforth) from Union Station to Kennedy Station, which is the end of the line. Then you transfer to TTC Bus Route 43 Kennedy all the way to Kennedy/Steeles, which is the location of the Pacific Mall.
