有個人(A)搵另外一個人(B)嘅名義開左間無限公司
如果所有金錢收入支出只係同(A)有關，而(A)本身有做其他生意，會唔會有犯法之嫌
開公司避稅?

It depends if B uses personal assessment or not.It will be illegal if used, as in this case, A will have a lower tax liability and result in defrauding the Government.
If not used, then it will be not illegal (as profit tax is based on the company, not the owner).

絕對唔會,間公司照跟稅例報稅係冇問題.
