請教如何用英文退款

I have paid for the (product/garment details) for the expected delivery 23-29 Sep, but I still have not received it.

As per the purchase agreement (請先參考訂貨條款) I request to refund my money "to XXXX" immediately. (請填上你回款的地點/戶口-假如你不怕被人再利用這資料取了你的錢)

假如你希望那賣家先確定未有送貨才由他決定退款可以寫
Please check the shippment if I will expect a delay or no delivery is made. If you are unable to deliver the (product/garment), please process to refund the money to me immediately.

Sorry, I have ordered a product from your selling.However, you have not send my clothes to me.Therefore may i ask you to be quickly to give me your product.Thank you for your coperation.

想用英文聯絡賣家說 收不到物品 要求盡快退款，請問用英文應該如何寫？

Referring to my purchase of clothing,which was expected to be delivered on September 23 to 29 but till now there was nothing received. In such case, would you kindly refund my previous payment as legally advised .

You can say,"I haven't receive the clothes,when can you give me?"
