The answer is no.The course is simply not designed for you.
PHTLS is basically a crash course of being an Emergency Medical Assistant. It is designed for primarily non-Fire Department medical personnel.

你既然有救急證書,亦即具備了基本的救急知識,再就讀有關的救護課程應無問題.可以試行申請入學.
