What mechanisms do specialized cells of multicellular organisms use to move?

Single cell organisms use cilia, flagella or pseudopodia, but what do multicellular organism cells use? Thanks.

1. Relative to the animal itself, most of the cells stay put
2. Some cells move via pseudopodia, e.g. phagocytes of the immune system
3. Some cells move via the current of the extracellular matrix, e.g. blood cells which move by dint of the blood being pumped
4. Sperm have a flagellum
