其實你的客戶那段英文都有錯誤的，但大家大致上明白他的意思吧。

中譯文：
謝謝你付出的努力，但看來我們不準備向你購買這產品。

建議回覆：
Thank you for your reply.
I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly let us know the reason for not buying the product from us.
We would try our best to improve our service to cater your needs.

謝謝閣下的回覆。
若閣下能告訴我們這次不購貨的原因，我們將不勝感激。

似乎大家都在修改你個客寫給你的回答(因為他寫的是錯英文句子)...而不是回答你怎樣回覆他...問個明白不訂貨的原因。

你可以參考以下回答寫法：

I am sorry to hear that you're not going to order. But may I ask you for the reason of declining our offer/product. We would like to know the reason so that we may improve our product and service.
