-3(-6x + 6y = 4)
18x - 18y = -12
18x - 18y = -12
-18x + ky = 16

(k - 18)y = 4
y = 4/(k - 18)
This has a unique solution for k ╪ 18.
Asking for x and y makes no sense. There is more than one possible solution because there is more than one valid value for k.
