Hong Kong shopping streets

I think that Hong Kong's shopping street have too less choice for buyers, many of shopping streets mainly consists fashion shops, and most of them sell ladies wear. And also, the rent of stalls is too high, make the shops are hard to run. Let many shop appeared just a few months. I think Hong Kong's shopping streets should provide larger variety of shops, make more choice to buyers, also authority should control the rate of rent . Let the running of bussiness more easier, let more people enter the market. Make more jobs, and more competition on the market.
