For question 1,
Yes, you can delete the 2nd 'would' in the sentence.

Friendly reminder for question 1:
- Personally I think it is better to use 'will' instead of 'would'
https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/en/english-grammar/verbs/modal-verbs/will-or-would

- Personally I think you can change 'because of' to 'due to', it's rather short

So the sentence can possibly be: He will just wait for our results and scold us if we got poor marks due to laziness.

For question 2,
Almost perfect, just add a 's' after 'right', so it should be 'rights', because we have many kinds of rights

Hope this helps :)

1. It will be more meaningful to turn the verb "scold" into infinite to lead an adverbial phrase as the purpose of "wait for our results".

改成:
He would just wait for our results (in order) to scold us if we got poor marks because of laziness.

Also, "to scold us" is the only result for the condition of "we got poor marks".

All sentences are grammatical. However, the compound structure of the original sentence is rather confusing.

There are two combination:
(i) He would just wait for our results. He would scold us if we got poor marks because of laziness.
(ii) He would just wait for our results if we got poor marks because of laziness.
He would scold us if we got poor marks because of laziness.

Case (ii) is wrong in meaning. (i.e. it doesn't make sense)

2. So I want to be a lawyer in order to protect their right. 這一句文法有沒有錯?

基本上沒有錯,可以考慮:

"rights" (plural)〔人人應有的〕權利
"in order" can be omitted

So, I want to be a lawyer to protect their rights.

typos: turn the verb "scold" into infinitive

(1) Second option: use "then" to introduce addition information (series of events) in compound structure.

He would just wait for our results and then scold us if we got poor marks because of laziness.
