How much should I sell Friday The 13th Issue 1 for?

February 2007, issue #1 Comic format. I also have #3, but unless it's worth at least $10, I won't be selling that one.

I got these as a gift about 4 years ago, someone was going to throw them out, so my friend grabbed them. I've never been big on comics, but money is tight and I've heard that some comics are worth some significant amounts of money. Just want to make sure I'm getting the real worth of it, or close to it at least.
