1. Aluminum metal is heated in oxygen gas to form aluminum oxide. 2. Magnesium ribbon reacts with nitrogen gas forming solid magnesium nitride 3. Plumbous oxide reacts with sulfur trioxide forming plumbous sulfate 4. Soloid calcium carbonate reacts with sulfuric acid forming a solution of calcium sulfate forming carbon dioxide gas and water 5. Silver nitrate is added to sodium chloride solution to form sodium nitrade solution and silver chloride will be precipitated

4Al(s) + 3O2(g) --> 2Al2O3(s) ...... synthesis (or combination)
3Mg(s) + N2(g) --> Mg3N2(s) ...... synthesis (or combination)
PbO(s) + SO3(g) --> PbSO4(s) ...... synthesis (or combination)
CaCO3(s) + H2SO4(aq) --> CaSO4(aq) + CO2(g) + H2O(l) .... Close to double replacement, but doesn't quite fit the pattern since there are three products.
AgNO3(aq) + NaCl(aq) --> AgCl(s) + NaNO3(aq) ...... double relacement

All equations shown here are balanced as written. (There's little point to writing an unbalanced equation.)
1.
4 Al + 3 O2 → 2 Al2O3 (synthesis, or maybe combustion)

2.
3 Mg + N2 → Mg3N2 (synthesis)

3.
Pb2O + SO3 → Pb2SO4 (systhesis)

4.
CaCO3 + H2SO4 → CaSO4 + CO2 + H2O (double displacement, followed by a decomposition)

5.
AgNO3 + NaCl → AgCl(s) + NaNO3 (double displacement)
