It's the latest picture.
I have no idea how to simplify this without like terms. Or should it even have like terms? I'm so confused!

Again, this is like multiplying fractions, you multiply numerator and numerator, denominator and denominator! \

Multiplying the numerator, we should add the exponents (exponents with the same variables) and multiply the bases.

(13 x^2 y * 10 x y^3) / (5)(39)

(13)(10) (x^2)(x) (y^1)(y^3) / (195)

130 (x^2+1) (y^1+3) / 195 <-- add the exponents of the same variables

130 x^3 y^4 / 195 <--- reduce the fraction (divide numerator 130 and denominator 195 by 65

(2 x^3 y^4) / 3

The simplified expression is (2 x^3 y^4) / 3
