控球,速度,爆發力訓練

小弟1個月後就14歲,只有165高。。。

是咁的,我經常俾人話矮仔,咁我的確係唔高

所以我早就將自己定位PG,咁之後我1直練控球
後來接觸多街波(區場),發現自己有1次除左ankle breaker之後,面對2個1米89嘅人照硬上,大風車後拉杆上籃(其實都唔算拉杆,小幅度嘅)

後來我就1直練crossover,1上場就硬上,後來覺得
真係好易傷(不過都有繼續硬上)
所以我就練左其他例如EURO STEP呀,最主要都係CROSSOVER!
而我最主要係射波完全唔店,罰球線打後基本唔人
(所以我先硬上)

係咪聽聽下出左個derrick rose出黎呢?
係啦,所以我根據ROSE嘅球風
(爆發力,彈跳力,控球同速度)

所以我希望有1套訓練!(彈跳力我訓練中)
我每星期應該有3-4日下場打波訓練
希望各位能提出1啲訓練(最主要控球!!!)
請咁多位幫幫手!

Actually, skills can learn slowly, but tall is more important in basketball.
If you want to be tall, you can drink milk everyday.
Or cheese, cereal etc.

If you want to upgrade your explosive force and speed,
I think you can try volleyball,
It can help you very much

I play volleyball too
and i am 173 now
I am also 14 now

but about basketball skills,
you may ask for getting into the outside team ( not school team )
It can improve you skills quickly and accurately.
