RBC - Red Blood Count: Number of red blood cells.
HGB - Hemoglobin: The hemoglobin is the amount of oxygen carrying protein contained within the red blood cells.
HCT - Hematocrit: The hematocrit is the percentage of the blood volume occupied by red blood cells.
MCV - Mean Corpuscular Volume: This helps detect anemia. Low values suggest iron deficiency, high values suggest either deficiencies of B12 or Folate, ineffective production in the bone marrow, or recent blood loss with replacement by newer (and larger) cells from the bone marrow.
MCH - Mean corpusculum hemoglobin. test qualifier for other tests to establish baselines of your blood.
MCHC - Mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration. same as above.
RDW - Red Cell Distribution Width: This just helps narrow down cause of anemia and determine if it is caused by deficiencies of like iron, folate, or B12 or something else, like a disorder. Elevated levels on this almost always mean it is due to a deficiency and not a chronic internal disorder.
WBC - White blood cells: Number of white blood cells - if elevated it often means you are fighting an infection.
Platelets- self explanatory. If too low, could have trouble clotting, or vice versa, if too high, may have blood clot problems. And various other issues could be associated with abnormal results.
MPV - mean platelet volume.
I am not a doctor. I review tests a lot in my line of work though. Looks like you have some results that show some signs of anemia, possibly from some sort of deficiency. Best to ask your doctor about it. Here is a page, I just Googled that has some pretty good info about interpreting blood tests:
