Any non-local airlines will do the jobs.
Due to difference in labour law, Hong Kong-based flight attendants do not always follow local law.
For example:
1. Hong Kong-based flight attendants for U.S. airlines (United, Delta, American) follow the U.S. law and its union contract ratified in the U.S.
2. In British Airways Plc v Mak & Ors [2011] EWCA Civ 184, the Court of Appeal affirmed that Hong Kong-based flight attendants of British Airways are entitled protection from the U.K. employment law.
Because of these, Hong Kong-based flight attendants of non-local airlines can have more protections and benefits (through the union).
