MRI Brain (Plain)

Findings:

Grey-white matter differentiation is preserved. No focal lesion is found in the grey and white matter of the cerebrum. Basal ganglion and internal capsule appear normal. No definite haemorrhage is found. No abnormal diffusion change is seen to suggest acute infarction in the diffusion images.

Corpus callosum and pituitary gland are unremarkable.

No focal lesion is found in the brain stem ahd cerebellum. Both internal auditory canals are symmetrical and not enlarged. Both vestibulo-cochlear nerve and vestibulo-cochlear system are unremarkable. Both cerebello-pontine angles are clear.

Basal cisterns are preserved. Ventricles are not dilated. No midline shift is detected. No extra-axial collection is found.

Both mastoid air cells and paranasal sinuses included in this study are clear. Nasopharynx is clear.
