Heard from a few people that with the age of "35" (not 30) can apply Canada working holiday visa, but I checked from some reliable website they says it's 30, which is true?

Both are correct.

The age restriction depends on the passport you hold:

For example, if you have both a HKSAR and Taiwanese Passport, you can have 35 limit through your Taiwanese Passport and 30 through your HKSAR Passport.

according to the website of the canadian consulate in hong kong, the age range for applying a working holiday visa is 18 to 30. this applies to both hksar and bn(o) passports.
