英國AL升讀營養學(nutrition)和就業方向

1) i am a AS student who studying BIOLOGY,CHEMISTRY,MATHS
AS 成績(CDD) (是有點失望因為PREDICTED GRADE 有BBB,希望在A2努力)
有機會讀NUTRITION (B400) 嗎?

>> 如果係aim top 既nutrition 既course 的話, 機會會低 (如nottingham, reading, kings), 佢地都要aab - abb 以上的. 所以你either 可以aim 一d ranking 低少少既大學, 咁個機會會高少少. 而同時亦應該要retake 番一D 做得冇咁好既exams, 睇下可唔可以整番高個分. 同時, 亦應該要問你既老師係俾predicted grade 果時, 可唔可以俾高少少, 咁俾大學睇到你會有機會improve (因為老師係你apply ucas 果時, 會send 份野俾大學, 話俾佢地聽你既predicted grade 係咩). 咁個機會可能會高少少. 同時亦應該要做好personal statement. 因為呢個係你sell 自己俾大學既好機會.

2) 升讀NUTRITION (B400) 不同大學有不同入學資格
如果RANKING 較低的學校畢業後香港會不認可嗎?

>> 咁要睇你講既ranking 低有機低了, 如果係top 20 的話, 應該係冇問題 (overall ranking,唔係individual ranking).

3) 例如:University of chester 排全英52, Entry requirement是BBC-BCC而university of nottingham 全英23, 但entry requirement 是ABB-BBB, 這2間完成學位後會有分別嗎?

>> 有, 因為chester ranking 太後了, 上面講到, 最好aim top 20, 因為番到hk 冇人識的話, 對你搵工係唔好的. 因為hk 人識既英國大學唔係好多, 所以最好揀一d 係多人識既...

4) 2)完成3年 nutrition (B400)可以返香港讀Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics成為註冊營養師嗎?而註冊營養師可以再醫院工作嗎?

>> 前者係可以的, 只要你有related 既degree就可以apply. 而後者就唔係太清楚了.

1. Yes. The program in University of Chester ("Chester) is better than University of Nottingham ("Nottingham").

You have to understand that dietitian is not a professional qualification recognized by Hong Kong Ordinance:

Practitioners in Hong Kong in fact rely on their foreign qualifications, including HCPC from the U.K.:

The issue is Chester's Bachelor program is approved by HCPC but not Nottingham (Nottingham's program is approved at the postgraduate level).

In other word, you can become a dietitian solely with Chester's program, but not Nottingham's program.
