"just" and "really" are, among others, a special type of adverb called "Focusing Adverb".

Unlike typical adverbs, focusing adverbs draw focus to and put emphasis on "a part of a sentence or clause" such as subject, main verb, object, prepositional phrase and adverbial clause.

In this sense, they can modify noun phrases and pronouns when they appear as the subject or object of the sentence.

"just" has four meanings, namely "really", "only", "recently" and "exactly", depending on where the emphasis is.

(1) He just said he was upset.

"just" can mean "only" and "recently" in this sentence with different emphases.

~ He ONLY said he was upset. "只是說" (說話重點放在 just 上)
~ He recently SAID he was upset. "剛剛說" (說話重點放在 said 上)

(2) Here is not really a prison camp. 這裡 "其實不是" 囚犯集中營。

這裡 "really" 的用途是反映真實情況,用於修飾 linking verb ~ "is" 或者實際說 verb phrase "is not" (negative)。用於強調,可有可無,不影響句子的語法。

~ Here is not "a prison camp". ("a prison camp" is predicate nominative)
"really" 是放在 "is" 後面,與 "a prison camp" 沒有關係。

另外,"really" 亦可以放在 predicate adjective 前面:
~ Here is really hot. (very hot)

而且,還可以放在 linking verb 前面: (強調 100% 肯定)
~ Here really is hot. (no doubt, it is hot)

(3) 在文法上,當然 "everything will be okay" 才是正確的。

"will be" is the future tense of verb-to-be "am/is/are".

~ I will be ...
~ He/She/It will be ...
~ We/They/You will be ...

(1) 他"剛剛"說他很煩惱 。
在這裡的 "剛剛" 是 "just" 不是 "was"。(just = recently)

他剛剛說他剛剛很煩惱。

英語翻譯應該是:
1. He just said he had been upset just then.
2. He just said he had been upset a moment before.

not在字典上叫副詞,雖然文法理論上是修飾動勭詞(這句是IS),但是not是修飾動詞的反義而不是動作本身,由於這獨特功能,所以寫的次序上不是可以前後不分的(不過假如你看古舊的英語-例如莎士比亞的英文是會把not放在主詞或動詞前的),但今天你寫的是現代英語就不能了。

a prison camp的寫法亦是同類答案

Here is not a prison camp...really.在古代可能沒錯的
但是現代英文就不合格了

因為你忘了REALLY亦是一個副詞...這個才是修飾IS的副詞

可以告訴你的是現代的英語句REALLY和NOT在表達上是可以互換位置

Here is really not a prison camp.
這句理解上看來跟原句沒分別,但其實原句是講述/旁述關於這地方(HERE)的,而這句是加重語氣在REALLY NOT的確實不不不是-really修飾了not後就把not加強了。

而原加not really的配撘是not附加修飾really - 一般英語not really的意思是不太可能/不太像/不太確定/不太同意的意思。

everything will ok是錯的文法字義。可能只是口快手快之誤。_

(1)just adv.,
"Upset" is just the thing for getting him in.
=He just said he was upset.
So "just " is the word.
(2)not adv.
it's used to form the negative of the verb "be" to give the following word or phrase a negative meaning;
eg:-It's not / It's not really a prison camp.
"not a" is used for emphasis not prison camp (to be used.)
(3) it's said that everything will be ok;
It's the usage of intransitive verb, without an object.
Usually passive.
