I hate to break it to you, honey, but that's not how the world works. You are a human, such creatures most likely don't exist, and no spell is going to change that. I wished for such things with all my heart too when I was a child, but after a while you just have to face reality. *hugs*

Well, Heidi, I really would love to help you, but the plain fact is that there is absolutely no spell which will do what you ask. Many people claim to cast such spells - for a hefty fee, I might add - but they are frauds.

Once your choice is made, then you want to find a plastic surgeon who will do the procedure. Unlike the spells, which don't work (your words, not mine), plastic surgery does work. And very unlike the spells, plastic surgery is not cheap. We're talking somewhere around $60,000 in total, and you'll need it all in cash because your health insurance won't cover that stuff.
How you get the money or where you find the surgeon is up to you. But at least now you know.
