my teacher said Aspirin does not cmopletely dissolve in water, why??

In aspirin molecule, only the -COOH group (circled) enhances aspirin to dissolve in water to a certain extent, but the other large organic part make it insoluble in water. Therefore, the solubility of aspirin is low. At 20°C, thesolubility of aspirin is 0.3 g per 100 mL of water.
