Initially she did not plan to launch a complain because she wanted to maintain a friendly relationship with her neighbours. There was a lady's complain about the nuisance of up stair's A/C machine which dripped water on her windowsill and that caused discoloration.
In the beginning, she thought that was not advisable to make further complains because of maintaining good relationships between neighbors. But the fact was not really so, though her neighbor had restored and decorated the flat and yet the nuisance of dripped water still existed. Moreover, that neighbor had restored the window but not the A/C machine.
