any Android SILENT camera can take pic by Volume Key and save to SD card ?

No camera, that I'm aware of, takes pix with the Volume Key.

Quite a few actually. Certainly the Samsung S5 will, and I've no doubt that various other Samsung phones will. Some Sony's will also do this, but others have dedicated shutter buttons.
