How to lose 7lbs in 10 days?

I really need to lose 7pounds in 10 days the most I've lost in a week is 4 but I really need to lose 7 so if anyone has anything that could help me i would appreciate it

workout after every meal...30 minute cardio, whether its running, jogging, bleachers, or dancing, as long as you do a cardio session a day for 30 minutes then do arm and ab workouts. i was losing 2 pounds a day! just depends on how much you really want to lose those 7 lbs.
i worked out twice a day, morning and noon ate my 3 means but in small portions, didnt eat after 7 pm or 4 hours before i went to bed.
you might see that you gained a couple of lbs the first 2 or 3 days but thats just the muscle replacing the fat. After the 3rd day you should feel great, the muscle bruising and swelling WILL go down! promise! drink at least a gallon of water a day. drink cold water in the morning and night, this makes your body work itself to get to its natural lukewarm temperature, and when your body work itself it burns calories! good luck! you can do it if you put your mind and effort into it.
