✔ 最佳答案
這裡的act是一個動詞
所以successfully會變成副詞去修飾動詞
至於have 的話,本來我是想說是have+p.p 可是你的act沒有變化 所以這個的話我沒辦法幫到你sorry ...

這句話是一個叫做 假設語氣 的文法
表示''但願''的語氣
I wish +主詞 + were/Ved ...... 與現在事實相反的
I wish +主詞 +had+p.p .......與過去事實相反的
所以 I wish I had a car right now.
應該就是說 我真希望我現在有一台車.

希望能對你有幫助:D

(1) I have successfully act.==我已經成功地執行了
Notes: Act is a verb its present and past tenses as well as past participle are the same form.
(2) I wish I had a car right now.==我期望擁有一輛車子.
Notes: The above sentence is in subjunctive mood, where that usually is omitted and with a past tense in the clause and will means have as an unfulfilled desire or a desire that cannot be fulfilled.

Have 可做助動詞 (auxiliary verb) 或 main verb (= 有,懷有,拿,進行)

(1) I have successfully acted in a play in school.

這個 have 是助動詞 (auxiliary verb), 用來 form present perfect tense
have/has + past participle

For third person singular, 用 has (He, She, It, The boy …)
這個副詞 (adverb) successfully 加不加不會影響 tense 運作, 只修飾個動詞 act
其他 present perfect tense 例子
I have done my homework.

其他的助動詞 can, shall, will, may, do, be, must, need...

(2) I wish I had a car right now!

這是”假設語氣” (subjunctive mood)
表示所說的話只是一種主觀的願望, 假想和建議等

這個 had不是助動詞, 是 action verb, had 解 “有”
had 是 past tense 與 past participle of “have/has”

只講兩種sentence patterns
wish + I + past tense of a verb + object
wish + I + was/were + noun/adjective

假設語氣
在 “I wish”.之後, 是用 past tense of the verb, 整個句子可能 past, present or future

Present
I wish I knew Peter's phone number. (I don't know and I regret this.)
I wish I had lots of money
I wish I were/was rich.

Future
I wish I didn't have to work tomorrow, but unfortunately I do.
I wish I were coming with you tomorrow. (I am not coming with you tomorrow.)

Comment:
你的第一句子是錯
I have successfully act. ~ wrong

I have successfully acted. ~ not clear, act 有幾個解法
