I cant stand my ignorant parents and I need to leave quick.
I thought of finding a school but I had no luck finding scholarships. Are there cheap schools in Europe or Canada or agencies that sponsor for language study. I am so desperate I will go anywhere as long as it is not in a 3rd world country.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.IF U WANT TO UNDERSTAND READ MY PREVIOUS QUESTIONS!
Can someone please help me find a reason to go to another country.?

This is far from an easy or cheap option.
Leaving your country, if your parents are the issue, isn't the option. Assuming you're over 18, you can move out, whether to study or work, and thus resolve your issue.
Studying abroad is hugely expensive, and you'll need to prove you've got the finances in place to get a visa. A student visa (for university) is valid only while you're studying; once you stop or graduate, you return home again.
If you're under 18, your only options are boarding school. This is an expensive option in your own country or abroad (all boarding schools are private and therefore fee paying, and there are few options of financial aid if you're not academically gifted)

look at exchange student programs such as AFS and YFU. Also look at Rotary, tell your parents that it will be an amazing experience and help you get into college or something.
