What is that undershirt the Seahawks players wear?

I've seen Richard Sherman wear it mainly I think Marshawn lynch does to (not sure) it's black compression shirt and covers there mouth and nose. Thanks

its is a compression hood , not a shirt with a hood. there are two versions of it , one for cold games and one for hot games. r. Sherman and marshawn lynch wear the one for cold ,, if you wanna see the review on it here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueq5Xf50ze4
