How can I stop my dog from crying in the crate?

I have a 6 months old poodle at home. I picked him up a month ago. He started to pace and cry in his crate around 5am in the morning. I don't understand why he does that. How can I deal with this problem?

Hello,
Usualy most if not all canines tend to pee and poop after a couple of minutes after they wakeup. leaving the dog crated when he needs to go will only lead to a filthy crate and a smelly covered with pee dog. if you wish to crate your canine at night, take him out atleast twice before crating and before you go to sleep aswell

Your dog is lonely.Put a small clock in with it. Make sure the puppy can hear the ticking noise. It mimics a heartbeat, so it won't feel alone.

let him out or don't put him in the crate.
