Can someone help me in suggesting ways to move abroad to a country and stay there for good?

I dont know how or where to begin as my situation is very complicated and messed up. Since I dont want to bore you with details of my life, I will try to make it as short as possible. I am a 21 years old girl who had just recently dropped out of university. Please dont tell me to go back to school as I have no regrets whatsoever and I did it after carefully analyzing the situation I was in. To make things short, I have spent 16 years of my life in a disfunctional family and I have decided to leave them once and for all. I know that my age is not a hindering factor. My plan is to move abroad to USA or Canada but I need to have a sound plan before I can do that. I have 2 problems should I decide to go to these countries. Getting a VISA and finding WORK that can help me make ends meet.

So I need a convincing reason to get a VISA and if I do get it I still need to figure out how the hell I'm going to be eligible to work there. I dont mind working small jobs like waitressing, cleaning etc, but in order to do that I'm still going to need a work permit.

So in order to get a VISA, here are a few ideas of mine:
Apply to a school--The problem with this is that I dont have money but I can steal from my mom but the problem is that most schools in the US/Canada wants the money to be sent before I arrive there so I can get caught,
Let a person sponsor me-I rea

If I do get the VISA, ways I plan to stay there permanently are: Extend my F1 VIsa by getting scholarships and maintaing my student status and eventually getting an employer who will sponsor me. Seek Asylum If i am that desperate. Find some guy to marry me, again If i am that deperate. PLEASE SUGGEST ME OTHER WAYS OF GETTING VISA AND SURVIVING THERE. PLUS CAN YOU RECCOMEND ME SOME AGENCIES THAT CAN SPONSOR ME AND PAY LIKE $7000-$10000 FOR LANGUAGE SCHOOL OR VERY CHEAP SCHOOLS. Thanks

It's very difficult to get papers for either country. You could potentially come over as a temporary au pair - you would get a job through an international agency that places such people and they can help you navigate. The drawback is you live with a family and you have no idea what you're going to get. Some employers are very kind and generous and others might make you really appreciate the dysfunctional family that you do have. However, many an au pair have met someone while they were abroad and later married. Alternatively you can try to find work in your own country in a corporation that has offices in countries you are wishing to settle in that you might transfer to - however those positions are usually management level that would actually require you to have a degree. You might also look to a country that doesn't have such onerous regulations. Either way - you really need to get the job first and waitressing in the US is unlikely to give you enough money to support yourself in the US.

Let's talk about realistic expectations for a minute.

No education, no job skills means no way you'll be able to move to Canada. The moment any school in Canada figures out you've committed fraud to get the money, you will be kicked out and deported. This is NOT the way of getting here.

The schools may not ask, but the Canadian government will want proof in the form of bank accounts to prove you can pay for your entire year. You have to have the money IN THE BANK when you apply for the visa. If you can't prove you can pay for your tuition, rent, transportation, food, health insurance etc, your visa will be denied. Study visas will allow you to work a max. of 20 hours a week. That means a minimum wage job that MIGHT cover your food expenses and some transportation. That's it. But as a foreign student, you likely won't find work. Jobs go to Canadians first, and with the high unemployment rate here among students, don't bother expecting a job.

Study visas will not allow you to remain in Canada. You study, you graduate, you go home. Period. It's a myth that being a student in Canada will allow you to stay. Doesn't work that way. A basic undergrad degree will not get you a job as a foreigner.

Work visas are hard to get. You have a job offer and an LMO first, then you come. You don't get a visa and then arrive looking for work. No job offer, no work visa.

You have no grounds for asylum. Your request will be denied. Family problems are not accepted. You are not under direct threat from your government. This will be considered a fraudulent application.

If you are in the EU, you have the right to move elsewhere - other countries and work. You don't need to file fraudulent asylum claims (yes, that's what they'd be considered), or steal. If you are not in the EU, you need to look within your own country and MOVE FAR AWAY from your family.

Starting your life out committing theft and fraud will not make the situation better.

What's your age and current citizenship?

If you're a UK citizen; once you're 18, you can move out (providing you can afford to). Or you can attend university, paying for living costs etc with a student loan.

You won't be able to move anywhere without an education and visa. If you can't afford it, you won't get a student visa. Without masters level education and job experience, you won't get a work visa.

If you're a UK citizen, you can live and work anywhere in the EU (providing you can get a job; you'll generally need to be fluent i the country's language to get one)
