My dog's habits?

My dog always sits down and licks and bites his paws and when I lift his arm up it is soaking wet. Why does he do this? It's so weird!

Sounds like allergies .... Could be from food, or the environment. You'll need the help of your vet to sort it all out.

Either her paw is itchy, or her teeth is itchy. Give her a chew toy for her to chew on, and if that doesn't help(although it should), there is a special type of product that stops itchiness in the paw.
