Usually no interaction.For Panadol (paracetamol), unless you have taken a high dosage in a short period of time, it will not harm you.
Some studies in fact suggests that adequate amount of paracetamol can help to prevent heart disease.
So as soon as you take the medication as instructed, you should be fine.
