not enough mature 未聽過通常係 it is not mature/ it is immature = 不成熟(後面可以唔洗加prep.)
not mature=immature
e.g the apple is not mature./ children's minds is immature
not mature enough = 不夠成熟 (後面要跟to)
e.g. he is not mature enough to do decisions by himself.
