關於向業主索償問題

本人租住的單位,2年死約,已住一年


牆身不斷滲水,裂縫,掉灰,脫落,發霉,及有一隻隻的小昆蟲從牆身出現,為數亦不少,範圍越來越大,家人因此而有
皮膚癬,鼻敏感, 過敏性哮喘, 坑渠都因為外來因素塞過2次,而至家人對此很困擾,期間業主都清楚事件始末,我都有定期更新牆身滲水情況給業主,而佢都上來睇過情況,佢都同意我搬,因此又要付出搬遷金額,時間,和其他費用

問題 :我有冇權利索償應有的損失

You have the right to ask, as always.

However - your chance does not look good at all.

You have acknowledged that the condition of the property is not caused by the landlord. In this case, the liability of the landlord has been reduced significantly.

The landlord has a duty to care under the lease. I am not certain how much he/she has done, the more he/she has done, the less likely you will succeed.

你冇权索償


因为依合约,生约期只一个月通知就行,而且约滿亦始终要走


而且不搬走,点样可以大執过间屋呢
