How can I change my race?

How could I change my personal identity into other country ?
Answer: Firstly, you may apply to the consulate of that country for naturalization. Secondly, if you were a refugee you might be qualified for that quota of the country in question. Thirdly, it is a more reliable way to get marry with someone you loved and you might be able to use this reason to apply as immigrant of the country in question. Fourthly, if you got involved into any political persecution then it might be the case of asylum for that act of the country in question.

There is nothing you can do.

Race is basically your birth characteristics (from your parents).

Please understand - race is different from nationality.

Nationality can be changed, but not race.

That's why there are some known phrases exist, such as ABC - American Born Chinese, a native born U.S. citizen with Chinese-descent.

You were born with your race (種族), you can never change it.

However, you can change your nationality (國籍).
