As production of Indian orders has now shifted to China, orders allocated to ABC Company, the supplier, has dropped significantly. In order to cover their running costs, the supplier will now charge an additional fee on orders that do not meet the "Minimum Order Quantity" requirement according to the following way of calculation, (Please see file attached.)
Please note that in addition to the compulsory requirement of "Minimum Order Quantity" below, orders must also conform with the requirement of "Full Pallet" quantity.
I reckon that the supplier have greatly raised their fee because they expect us to bargain on the price with them.
