被不停投訴阻街

請問大家, 我媽咪係個廟隔離 有自己鋪 ,做賣元寶蠟燭生意.已經做左好多年 , 但係廟入面D人,不滿同行搶生意 , 日日打去1823 投訴我媽阻街, 食環黎到都好無奈 , 因為我媽根本無放野出門口 , 食環都知廟入面D人玩野 , 有咩辨法可以阻止佢地投訴? 佢地日頭投訴一次, 下午投訴一次 , 搞到我媽, 做唔到生意!

找區議員。區議員可以解決這些問題。還有如果真的沒放野出門口，
你最好就是放一部24小時攝錄在門口。
證明他們告你的時間是沒有放置貨品在門口的。
到時有證有據，可以找律師反告他們。

Sorry to say, there is nothing you can really do actively to stop this.
1. The Government has an obligation to protect the complainant. So unless you can clearly identify the complainant with proof (which the Government will not give you), you can't take any legal actions.
2. In the perspective of the Government, having no prior violations does not mean it does not happen. In other word, each inspection is necessary.
3. Only the Government can take legal actions against the complainant for government waste.
What you can do is to file a complaint at the Office of the Ombudsman, not because of the complaints against you, but the government wastes caused by the complainant.
Remember - there is nothing wrong about government enforcing the law. So you can only approach in a way that related to the government, not you.
