Your case is more complicated than that.
What makes it potentially complicated is your bankruptcy.
In theory, when you are discharged from bankruptcy, you are not supposed to have any assets as everything you have should be used for repayment.
Here is the point which makes this complicated - assuming you inherited the property from your great grandmother and your great grandmother passed away before or during your bankruptcy, you are not supposed to have the ownership anymore (see above).
So in this case, you will have to find out who actually owns the property and your role in this mess (other than a resident) first.

1. It is up to you to discuss with the owners' corporation.
2. Don't worry. Owners' corporation is going to lose this case, at least for now. Since you are not the owner on title and you have no legal authority over the property, the court will never allow this kind of cases to go forward and force to dismiss the case on technicality.
Also - it is rare for foreclosure if the amount is small.
