今天,我會向大家分享跑步對健康的好處和壞處。對我來說跑步是又愛又恨的一種運動,因為跑步是一項痛苦、無趣,而且還讓人精疲力盡的運動。但是為什麼還有那麼多人熱愛跑步呢?首先,我會說說跑步的好處,其次是缺處。

首先,為什麼有那麼多人喜歡跑步呢?因為跑步能夠令我們有一個健康的身體。跑步的好處有很多,其一,跑步能夠令我們增加心肺功能,幫助我們降低血壓,提升身體的作業功能。其二是增加新陳代謝,增強我們的免疫能功。有規律的運動可讓體內的新陳代謝加快,延緩身體機能老化的速度,並且可以將體內的毒素等多餘物質,藉由汗水及尿液排出體外。其三是消耗熱量,幫助控制體重。許多人因這個原因而開始跑步,跑步能夠消耗大量的熱量,減少脂肪堆積,是一種很好的減肥有氧運動。

跑步不只是對身體帶來健康,也令我們心理上帶來好處。能夠舒緩我們在日常生活中的壓力。跑步時會使身體釋放出一種物質,這種物質會讓你產生一種快樂的感覺。這樣可以減輕我們在日常生活中的心理負擔,保持良好的身心狀態。
而跑步最重要的好處,是隨時隨地都可以進行。好多運動不是可以在任何地方都可以進行的,但是跑步是需要一雙鞋我們便可以出發。

其次,跑步當然也有缺點,而它的最大缺點就是我們跑太多了。沒錯,太多了﹗
運動是健康生活的一部份,這是不容置疑的。但是運動仍然會帶給身體一些壓力,當我們跑步時,膝關節除了要承擔我們的體重的重壓,還要緩衝來自地面的衝擊,因此導致膝關節的疼痛,更嚴重可能無法正常走路,也有些運動員因此而退出。

因此我們跑步時,要知道自己的極限,並且注要自己身體狀況,不要希望達到目標而特突自己的極限,這樣會對身體做成很大的負擔,加劇膝關節的磨損,這樣不只達不到目標還會影響健康。
