Certificate of Conformity(COC)

今日突然有個客問我地可唔可以提供Certificate of Conformity(COC), 所以有事請教各位

我地公司係做TRADING電子配件既(BUZZER,TRANSDUCER果類)
一般都係由大陸廠果邊買返黎再比客
今次個客其實未落單, 只係問緊SAMPLE, 但就突然問到如果將來落訂單, 我地公司係咪提供到COC呢
個客最後D貨主要係去 Hungary, France, Tonisia

因為一直以來都冇咩客會要求呢樣野, 所以我地公司都冇接觸過
上網SEACRH過下係咩黎, 但係似乎有幾個解釋, 都未係好明
其實Certificate of Conformity實際係D咩呢?
如果要申請, 我地做為TRADING可以申請到? 有什麼機構可以申請呢?

Please note - each country has its own laws and regulations regarding CoC.

2. There is no need to apply. Basically CoC is a self-certification.

However, if the information in the CoC is false, the company can face serious criminal charges and civil penalties.
