In the disciplinary training camp, the aim is to learn the skills in cooperating and comply with the rules given. For the disciplinary part, our coach is very strict and stringent. If we had done anything wrong, even an individual making an extra bit of noise, the coach still made the class to do the painful twenty push-ups together. We had been muttering a lot initially but when all of us were used to the strict and strainful life, plus our performances in the activities were becoming better and better, we started to adapt to this new environment. For the cooperation part, since that year was a new school term, we were not familiar with our classmates. Therefore, the performances of us in the activities on the first few days were not particularly good. However, later on we cooperated in the hiking activity and lent our classmates a helping hand, so our performance was the best ever. This training camp helped us understand that the force of a team is always stronger than a person, no matter how strong a person is.

When we visited the elderly, three classmates and I were assigned to help an elderly to do chores. Some places were quite difficult to clean up but since the elderly did not have a flexible body like us, they were left for us to clean them.
