香港人娶印尼人

For registration of marriage in Hong Kong, there are no residential requirements for marriage and the marrying parties may be of any nationality. Having married with a Hong Kong resident, she may consider to submit an application for change of her residential status from "employment" to "dependant". If such application is approved, she is not prohibited from taking up employment in the Hong Kong unless her sponsor have been admitted into the HKSAR to study.

樓 主 與 印 尼 女 友 結 婚 後，可 用 保 證 人 身 份，申 請 配 偶 以 「受 養 人」 身 份 來 港 居 留 ； 如 符 合 下 列 條 件 ， 可 獲 優 先 考 慮 :

申 請 人 與 保 證 人 能 提 供 合 理 的 關 係 證 明 ；

申 請 人 沒 有 任 何 已 知 的 不 良 記 錄 ; 以 及

保 證 人 能 夠 把 受 養 人 在 港 的 生 活 條 件 維 持 在 基 本 水 平 以 上 ， 並 為 他 / 她 提 供 適 當 的 居 所；



受 養 人 居 港 滿 7 年 可 申 請 成 為 永 久 居 民
