I want to sue a clinical psychologist. Can I?

I have schizophrenia as well as behavioral disorder. I saw her twice and she chatted with my families as well as phoning my previous school's teachers. And what they do to me now have changed a lot. Can I sue the clinical psychologist for she had teach my families and my previous teachers how to cope with my condition, which I dont want to. I am now 22 years old, can I sue that CP and legally force her to revert what she have done..
