What classical pieces should I play?

I've played piano for about four years, and marimba and drums for about six. I've played classical pieces on marimba before, but never on piano.

On piano, I usually play rock, alternative, or jazz. However, I'm looking for some classical music that I can use to increase my technical ability. I can't have anything too difficult, but not anything that you could find in a beginner's book either.

What are some classical pieces I should learn on piano? List as many as you want. The more, the merrier!

Bach - Partitas
Bach - English suites
Beethoven - Op 2 No 1, Op 2 No 2, Op 10 No 1, Op 10 No 2, Op 13 'Pathetique', Op 79
Chopin - Many of the nocturnes (these should be not to easy nor too hard: Op 27 both, Op 62 both, Op 9 No 1, Op 15 No 1. Some of them, like the Op 37 pair, the really popular Op 9 no 2, and Op 15 no 3, are very beautiful, but very easy and may not help with your technique much.)
Chopin - Waltzes Op 18, Op 34 No 1, Op 34 No 3, Op 42
Chopin - All polonaises except the really easy early polonaises and the insanely hard Op 53 and Polonaise-fantaisie
Chopin - etudes Op 10 no 3, no 5, no 6, no 12 (not familiar with Op 25 but there should be a few easy ones too)
Bartok - Mikrokosmos Vol VI
Liszt - Liebestraumes
Mendelssohn - the hardest Songs Without Words
Mozart - all piano sonatas
Scarlatti - all keyboard sonatas
