你詢問的這個技術很多人也問過，可惜是不能的。

即是，沒有一個公式可以連帶格式一起應用到一個儲存格。
公式只可以運算內容到儲存格。

可能你要另外處理格式的問題，例如事前或事後複製或編輯儲存格的格式等等。

我可以教你用一個方便的快捷鍵去開啟 Excel 的格式視窗，那是 Ctrl + F1 。

Yes, Excel 2010 works well too.

That is called, Paste Linked Picture.

If you only want to display the appearance of the source cell in the destination cell, you may:
1. Copy the source cell;
2. Go to the destination cell, Paste --> As Picture --> Paste Picture Link
The content of destination cell will change even the source cell is changed.

The 'Paste Picture Link' feature was tested in Excel 2007, if you use another version of Excel, try it out to see if it works!
