失業了租住的房屋還是死約

三個月前租住左一單位,可惜剛搬進去就失業,三個月來都是用儲畜來交租,但下個月已經無辦法再交租了,可否跟業主解除租約呢?他會否歸還按金呢?最慘業主是物業公司,他會否告我呢?

1. Yes. At any times, you can ask to cancel the contract. The only issue if the landlord will say yes and the consequence.2. Definitely not in your case.
3. Not necessary.
In your case, your security deposit is definitely gone. However, if you can convince the landlord that you have no money to pay anymore (with proof), maybe the landlord will allow you to cancel the contract with any further consequence (as you know, it takes money and time to kick a person out).
