Now I just need a religion for my company to have. I was thinking Jesus Christ Scientist, since they don't believe in any health care, just prayer-care.

Hobby Lobby already supplies 16 of the 20 types of birth control currently available. Hobby Lobby simply objected with the last 4 and did not want to pay for it.
You are free, literally the 1st amendment states that you are free to practice whatever religion you want. But keep in mind that freedom ends where someone else begins. Meaning you cannot have a religion of slavery.

No. It allowed owners of businesses who happen to be religious the constitutional right to their conscience that was guaranteed in the 1st Amendment.
