I just got measured for a dress, but the measurements seem a little un-proportional to me. If anyone has experience in this category, could you let me know what you think?
Height: 5'3
Weight: 115 pounds
Waist: 28 inches
Hips: 35 inches
Bust: 34 inches (I'm normally a B cup)

We are all shaped differently. You sound like you would be a 'banana' shape, but there is nothing wrong with this type of body.
