I have planted a gardinia plant by the side of the ranch house two weeks ago, last night I water it and it was in such beautiful condition BUT, this morning to my surprise all the leaves were off the plant on the ground all around the plant, but I could tell there were leaves missing, about 3/4 of the leaves were missing, not a single leave on the plant, the plant was not damage at all. what was left of the leaves on the ground look like leftover salad.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ATE THE LEAVES WITH DAMAGING THE PLANT?
